In project management community Agile has contributed relentlessly to revolutionized the world. it is an iterative and incremental software development process which allows teams to deliver faster, quicker with high level of customer satisfaction.
It is adaptive in nature. The most common agile practices are scrum and Kanban. Kanban uses workflow board based on lean manufacturing process whereas in Agile, product backlog is important. Agile improves the delivery capacity and product quality of any organization.
